"Tell them that you love them,  Show them that you care, Make them feel they're special,   And try to be aware----- If things seem to be different, if somethings just not right.   Assure them that you'll save them from the monsters of the night. Listen when they're talking; answer when they ask. Excite in their achievements, take part in every task. Respect them as a person, love them as they are.  Teach them to take chances, help them reach the stars. Accept mistakes will happen, and learn from what goes wrong. With trust and communication, relationships stay strong.    Encourage love to others, but first comes self esteem. With pride and love and confidence, Their mind is free to DREAM!"  Author Unknown

You're welcome. Not sure if I did as the poem says. At least my kids still love me, and they all are really good people and excellent parents.

Thank you, FloridaBrit! That's a real compliment, coming from you! (wink!) Are those pretty little girls of yours still interested in horses?

I love MOST people, especially children and old people, and I am especially offended when someone hurts one of them. "NEVER WRESTEL WITH PIGS, THE PIGS LIKE IT, AND YOU'LL JUST GET DIRTY!" Modified from a quote by my dear friend, jfore
