John McCain is out of touch on the economy, so says Barack Obama. Those were the exact words used by Obama describing McCain and our current economic crisis. Obama was speaking not even 24 hours after his $25,000 plus a plate fundraiser headlined by Barbara Streisand! It raised $9 million!

What's more out of touch?

I used to like Barbara. What was she thinking? Yes, McCain is out of touch with the low lifes that call themselves democrats and liberals. Why let a little lie get in the way of the truth? Simple, truth hurts. These people (that spend $25,000 for dinner) are the same people that Obama is going to take care of. Guess who is going to take the beating in his plan, Yup, you and me.

ROF! Obama finds McCain out of touch? He said the same thing when he exploited and spun McCain not answering to how many houses he owned didn't he? Then two weeks later Obama puts lipstick on a pig, and finds himself on the other end of manipulated opportunity and declares Obama is running a smear campaign and we should focus on issue? LOL!

Now Obama and his liberal friends think American isn't going to notice or find out how deep in the financials and banking the left is and thinks they can spin it?

Obama even said that asking for a 9/11 style commission to investigate is just an excuse? Really Obama? Whats wrong? Afraid this time Jamie Gorelick might FINALLY end up on the correct side of the microphone and have to answer up?

Here is your chance Obama to put the Republicans away for good if its indeed as you liberals say it is! Step on up then! You and Dodd who received the Lion's share of contributions from Fannie! Both of you who received some INCREDIBLE deals on real estate!

The best thing Obama could hope for is Republicans being out of touch with what is really going on, but the left knows its not true, and come October, the damm will break on an October suprise that will contain so much info that no media will be able to do damage control!

Streisand is about as whacked out as it gets. Her initials are BS afterall and she is full of it.

Didn't Streisand promise to move to another country if Bush was elected?

You are right todd. She is full of it.

Both candidates can hold fundraisers.
It seems Obama is better at growing money
than McCain and his republican friends.
But that's not too surprising, since Obama
is better than McCain at most things.
A vote for McCain is just another vote for
4 more years of TRICKLE DOWN Bush-onomics.
If you liked Bush, you'll LOVE McCain.

LOL! Obama can grow all the money he wants. He is already outspending McCain, and getting nowhere!

BTW- Obama actually says that running his campaign gives him experience... LOL! Yea I believe it because he is SPENDING MORE A WEEK THEN HE IS PULLING IN!!! Just like his bigger govt. plan where he has over a TRILLION in new govt. spending, but won't tell you that taxing just the rich covers it! It doesnt, and yet the braindead, sheeple that follow him continue to march on!

"Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are doling out campaign contributions out the wazoo to who? Democrats. At the top of the list, Christopher Dodd. Number two on the list, Barack Hussein Obama."
This is from Rush Limbaugh's monolougue today. If it's true, looks like Obama knows a lot about the economy. You can take the man out of the Chicago Political Machine but you can't take the Chicago Political Machine out of the man.

Everyone knows that in the end the if McCain gets elected it will just be another 8 years of Bush only this time the republican funders will be pulling his strings rather than Bush's. I looked at the bills he chose to vote on the issues and where he stands and he is just two shades shy of Bush. I'm pretty certain this country can't take another 4 years of Bush Doctrine.

I think that Obama has as good a chance of improving our economy as McCain has. I think that what we need is change and forward momentum. Who ever wins office is going to need bring that to solve our economic crisis.

Obama is so out of touch it makes Jimmy Carter look like a genius!!! Why would anyone want to elect a man for the presidency if he: 1. Wants free trade with Cuba, and free trade with Columbia. Not defend Israel or other allies. Says Israel should not exist. 2. Cannot speak unless he has the questions written down along with the answers. Turns his back to the PLEDGE OF ALLEIGENCE and the STAR SPANGLED BANNER. And is SO out of touch that he raised $9 Million then called McCain out of touch when McCain KNOWS what kind of economy we are in. 3. I know this could be considered petty but since it is historic I think I need to put it in Obama wants t remove the Bowling Rink that Eisenhower put in and replace it with a Basketball court. Next he will be wanting to change the color of the WHITE HOUSE.

I love the ignorant comments from the right. Obama is getting nowhere? You keep thinking that.

McCain is out of touch with rational thinkers, but he is in touch with people who think things are going great despite all evidence to the contrary.

The republicans have screwed things up so bad that the largest institutions in America are falling apart, gas prices keep rising, and we are constantly at war, draining what's left of our economy.

WHy is it all the blame seems to go to the Republicans? It seems Pelosi and the rest of her clan...aka Dems. have controlled congress long enough that we should place a minimum of 51% of the blame on them!

He reminds me of the PIED PIPER only the flute he is playing in hypnotizing the weak minded and they are following him beleiving everything he says without question. What's worse is that these followers are to weak minded to do a little research to see how much truth there is in what he is saying. And when confronted with the truth, they always put a spin on it to make themselves look like they did nothing wrong (ever).

Because they have controlled both the white house and congress for six freakin' years of the last eight, and still control the white house! 51%? Good grief....

Northton ---low? All Obama does is waffle from decision to decision. You're in support of a guy, that despises the country at every turn? Lies about his religion? His core beliefs? The man's a fraud with charisma. He's the pied piper and you liberal rats follow him like he's a god. He screwed things up so bad in Chicago, refused to vote on most issues, thinks universal health care and education will work? With ~40% of the loafers in the country not paying taxes? Perhaps you should study the REAL obama and stop loving the tabloid one...

The guy supposedly "slipped," and said, "...my muslim faith.." and was quickly corrected by George Stephanopolus....now, people don't make mistakes like that. Forgetting your religion is like forgetting your name or how many kids you have. No, what occurred was he told the TRUTH, and the liberal media plays it down. Just wait for the tax parade..if he's elected...he wants EQUALITY...in terms, meaning if you've worked hard and saved a lot of money, you don't deserve it, and your wealth should be redistributed to the f**king slackers...anyone remotley thinking about voting for that dishonest, anti-American should have their head examined!

Ombama is a liar, traitor, and disgrace for this country.

No administration can fix 40 yers of bs policies in 8 freagin years, no one is that good, Not even Nobama, republicans have controlled the white house for 8 years but the dems have controlled the house and senate for the past two years and 36 years prior to 2000, those are the two branches of our government who really have controll and inflict the pain we are enduring, The whitehouse is who you people who have no idea how our government works blames everything on because that's all you people are good at, Blaming someone or something for your self induced misery, why don't YOU come with some FRESH idea's and a solution to our countries problems? Oh that's right, it would take a thought process for that, Which is something 98% of dems and libs are incapable of doing, And don't give me the obamas got fresh ideas crap,His ideas are repackaged stalinist, socialist communst(aka progressive) Ideas that this country has been trying to fight off for years. I do not agree with everything that Bush has done but he is not the evil the left paints him as. As for the polls, They are all done by the BIAS LEFT WING (propaganda machine) we call the MSM, Which again if you have a brain you wouldn't give them any credibility.

too bad there are republicans in congress that still block bills and a president that has promised to veto everything that has come across his desk. I'd like to see my neighbor's son come home from Iraq. If McCain wins, she may never see him again.

YOU NEED TO READ THE NEW YORK TIMES ABOUT OBAMAS TRIP AND HIS MEETING BEHIND CLOSED DOORS WITH IRAQ PRIME MINISTER ASKING NOT WORK WITH THE BUSH ADMIN. ON BRING TROOPS HOME UNTIL AFTER NOVE 4 WHEN HE THINKS HE WILL BE THE NEXT PRES.

NO ONE IS TALKING ABOUT THIS AND OBAMAS ATTYS ARE TRYING TO KEEP IT QUITE BECAUSE OF THE "LOGAN ACT".

LOOK IT UP AND LOOK UP THE LOGAN ACT.

$9 million (a record I believe) isn't too bad for a guy who some would suggest is out of touch. On the other hand McCain is able to be propped up to read a written speech and/or cite a few talking points and still bring in $5 million. I guess that it just depends on who's coming to dinner.

Hi, have any of you out there ever read or listened to a guy by the name of David Icke? He has also written some books too. You can also go to his website, i did this morning where he addressed a public audience for about 2 hours. He is incredible, and i would like to reccomend to you all out there if you get a chance listen to his talks or read his books. It is a real eye opener as to what is going on in this world. I have also listened to him talk on Coast to Coast radio, which is on fairly late at night, but really interesting. They have some incredible speakers on that show, with talk back and questions from listeners. Would appreciate some feedback if any of you know David Icke's stuff.
