With this being my first full weekend at home on the couch (with Washington State's underachieving season finally over), I quickly came to the conclusion that I can't take much more of Kirk Herbstreit. He's ESPN/ABC's much over-used college football know-it-all.

I'm sure he's a great guy; seems like it. Knows college football. Played one-year as quarterback at Ohio State. Heck, married an OSU cheerleader! But why does ESPN think every single game/debate/issue needs a comment from Kirk? Is he the only qualified expert on college football out there? The over-use of this guy almost makes me want to see Beano Cook return to the television.

Then again...maybe some of you think the same about me...
