In my previous post I mentioned attending the Washington State vs. USC football game in Los Angeles. Despite my presence, the Cougs got spanked!

 

I have finally invested in a digital camera! So no more of those cruddy pics from my Palm Treo phone that look like they're through the eyes of an all-night drunk.

 

With the new camera in tow, I took a few pics from my quick venture all the way out west - including a spectacular shot captured just after sunset from high above the LA Coliseum. You can find the pics under "My Photos."

Pictures with the new camera look much better!

I am not a football fan, but for the looks of it, thousands and thousands of people are!!

That picture of the LA Coliseum looks FAN-TASTIC!!

That thing (Coliseum) seats right around 85,000 when full. It was a sell-out but there were some scattered empty seats...and plenty of open seats once USC turned on the after-burners in the second half.

And to think, Ive never been west of Nebraska. Maybe take a trip up to see the Ohio State Buckeyes play. Thats a heck of a big stadium. Lost in a sea of red.

Too bad it wasnt played on Upset Weekend (full moon).... WSU would have won. Maybe my UCLA will beat USC for you.
