The Welfare System

The system needs More Close Monitoring , so that people do not stay on it for ever. and suck us dry!
People need to have job training, and only allowed to be on welfare for a certain amount of time not YEARS and YEARS!!!....

I used to go to the food stamp office with an associate, whom would buy food stamps for 50 cents on a dollar. This is back when you had to go and wait in line to get your stamps and they were paper booklets, now you go in 20 minutes on a computer and if you are accepted they send you a credit card and never go back, so easy to abuse makes me sad. Sorry I regressed in the parking lot there were new caddies and SUVs,,,, Pimpmobile deluxe. Now it is much worse..

I would happily prove it, if asked by a verifiable government official . In witting and notarized by my pic of notary .

Just wait until more and more of these women who have 6 children to 3 different fathers and who have never married (like my downstairs neighbor and others similar all around C.Florida) are elected as Councilwomen, State Senators, Congress, etc. They/their cultures think this is just everyday normal. They’ll suck this country to Roman Ruins. And more and more ARE being elected because there’s no other choice. Soon we’ll have to just cut Florida along with CA and all the Southern Border States loose, let Mexico have them, and Seal the Border!

2 years max in your entire life is all you should ever get help for. If you cant fix your life in 2 years, then your just mooching off the system.

Brit, I agree with you. I work with many foreign nationals; and their view is from their country...so they wonder what's the problem? The problem is entitlement-serving democrats and illegals. The dems keep the poor "Hostage," by feeding the need.

Gman - unfortunately, they're getting in office already. They come to the land of opportunity, get a hand out, and then scream things aren't fair...I say ship them to Putin, see how they like things over there.

The welfare systems created during the Depression, are leading us right back into one.
ADeltonian - agree; it should be something fixed; and you should have to provide some sort of work, or payback. If they had to pay it back, they'd think twice before collecting it.

Obama is preying on this mindset that he's going to extend the welfare state into some sort of Nirvana for the illegals and low income; that's why so many blacks are voting for him; he's one of them, and they feel entitled...we're screwed. The same 40% of us that pay taxes will pay more.

There are exceptions to every rule, as a whole I agree. However...Veterans disabled in war and abused by the system, ie inadequate health care, a poverty level pittance and NO respect by the government.

Dirty little secrect is that Food Stamps now have so little people on them that states are actively advertising, and seeking out people that would be qualified!

Problem is that many got off of it because the ID system is checking for illegals and people with warrents.

Vlad, Im a disabled Vet, You dont see me mooching off the welfare system. Anyone and everyone within a 2 year time limit should be able to get a job. There are sit down talk on a phone jobs that pay well. Stop listning to all the Dem lies that there is such a high need for welfare.

Illegals are the only reason the employment rates are high and why the welfare system is broke.

Remove the illegals and remove the problems.

Born in the North of England, raised in Michigan and Living in Florida wow what a combo.. My entire Family are very important to me...I have two older Brothers that Served in the USMC back in the 80s. My Husband Served in The Us Army For 8 yrs and last was stationed in Germany and did a tour of Duty in Bosnia, He got out before the First Iraq conflict I guess you can say Im a proud BRITISH/AMERICAN...more so on the American. I still eat Bangers and Mash, and Pang for Good Fish n Chips... My Son who is in Preschool speaks with a slight british accent due to being raised around my still very british parents...and he likes bangers and mash too... I love my Family very much I love Animals.. I love GOD and everything he has brought to us..and that what is yet to come... I am very opinionated, and straight shooter.... I don't like People who take advantage of others kindness ( that includes taking advantage of the US govt) I speak English , thats my only language, i can speak a few words of Spanish and French but just enough to get by... other than that .. you can read my blog
