Yeah, I can’t believe that John Morgan would take that suit. Even though he’s sort-of King of the “Fast Food” lawyers, he seems to have SOME integrity based on his sincere-sounding and honorable reason for joining his profession. Maybe the money has corrupted him too.

And yeah, the premises for this are ridiculous. First of all, I’m sure there are many Zenaida Gonzalezes in the area. I guess they ALL should join in and get on the gravy train. She claims that her kids are being harassed in school – sure they are. Very few adults heard, knew, or remembered her name let alone KIDS. And as I recall, her name was released AFTER it was already known that this person didn’t exist – and that’s how it was reported (if it was released before that, I never heard it). Not to mention, it’s a very foreign-sounding name to non-Hispanics that wouldn’t stay with English-speaking people. She probably doesn’t even pronounce it as we do, so it’s even more unlikely others would make a connection. Secondly, she claims she doesn’t want her name associated with this and that it has been a problem. Then WHY would she file a lawsuit and have her name ALL OVER THE PLACE now – long after it’s been forgotten even by the media? Furthermore, she claims it has kept her from being employed. SURE it has. Again, few people know, heard, remember her name and if they did, they wouldn’t care since it’s been reported that it was a lie. Also, if she’s truly qualified and there’s no reason not to hire her . . . the ONLY possibility is her name . . . then that would be illegal

I totally agree with you, However I really don't think the Anthonys should Profit from any of the "movie deals" either, what ever money they get they need to pay it back to all the depts that were lead on a wild Goose Chase...then they should move far far away...
