American Idol returns to FOX tonight! It's on for 2 hours. Tonight auditions are in Philadelphia. This is my favorite show. I'm so happy it's back!

At Disney World, The Disney MGM Studios is no more. It is now Disney's Hollywood Studios. Disney said the new name is to show how much the park has changed and gotten bigger. I love the new name. Do you?

It is getting cold in Central Florida. There are Freeze Warnings and a Wind Chill Advisory. On Thursday Morning in Orlando the temperature will be near 28 degrees. And if winds get strong enough Thursday Morning, There may be ocean effect snow! But it should not be too bad. And don't forget to cover up your plants. And stay tuned to FOX 35.

5 Florida College Football teams are in a bowl. On December 22nd Florida Atlantic takes on Memphis in the New Orleans Bowl. On December 29th UCF takes on Mississippi State in the Liberty Bowl. On December 31st South Florida takes on Oregon in the Brut Sun Bowl. And also on December 31st Florida State takes on Kentucky in the Music City Bowl. And finally the Florida Gators take on Michigan in the Capital One Bowl on New Years Day. Go Florida Teams!!!!

Early Sunday morning a tornado hit the Land 'o Lakes jail in Pasco County. Thanks to jail guards no one was injured.
