This morning Casey Anthony will face a judge for the very first time as a suspected murderer.  Many say this is the first step for justice for little three year old Caley.  However, Casey does have supporters, who believe Caley is alive and her mom has been telling the truth all this time.

Groundbreaking began today for the Orlando Events Center.  There has been much controversy about this.  What do you think? 

Okay we had a story on Fox 35 News @  five.  Some airlines want the planes to only carry the amount of gas they need.  No more....   I find this very scary because how many times have you been on a flight that has been re-routed or had to circle an airport for a few... imagine running out of gas..

Good morning my friends, I have been out for a few days, as many know my grandfather passed away and I was in Jersey, helping my grandmother out.  Well now I am back and to my surprise I will be on the desk at 5-am with Lauren for a couple of weeks.

Hi my friends, Well I have the honor of filling in for Tom today and tomorrow, which is really cool, but I just wanted to say I am sorry that I was not so chipper today.. my grandfather passed away over the weekend and I am sad..  He had fallen ill since January we were expecting it, but it is still hard and sad to see my grandmother, mom, and aunt (who is actually younger than me 30yrs old) go through this..

An 84 year old man and his wife are without a home today.  The man admits his son is a drug addict and most likely someone set his home on fire as some sort of revenge.  It is a tough situation, but if you had a relative with this problem what would you do?

It is sentencing day for actor W. Snipes, he is facing a three year prison term and a 5-million dollar fine.

His family and friends have sent letters to the judge saying why Snipes should not go to jail... Chuck Norris, Denzel Washington, Judge Joe Brown just to name a few...

Sentencing is at 9:30 and we will keep you posted all day..
